Morningstar MDP Program interview questions

Applied online, got email for PRI that week. Got email for Zoom interview the week I completed the PRI. Interviewer was quite inexperienced and kept asking questions I had already answered, which made it seem like they weren't listening. For example, I stated motivations for job in my introduction and their next question was why do you want to work here. So, I had to repeat myself a lot. Interviewer also said I should expect a call back the same week but didn't hear from them for 3 weeks. Followed up and they decided not to move forward with the process, without any further explanation.
