I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar in Sep 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out and asked me to apply for a role. The recruiter then scheduled time for us to chat on zoom but never showed up the call! I tried reaching out twice and got no response. 4 weeks later I received automated rejection email. Horrible experience! Probably dodged a bullet, doesn't seem like a good place to work at.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview process was fairly straightforward. 1. Initial screening round with recruiter (10 min) 2. Semi-technical round with Technology Director (30 min) 3. Technical round with Team Lead (30 min) Expect behavioural questions in all of the rounds. (50% technical and 50% behavioural)
