I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Morningstar (Navi Mumbai)
Interview
The interview process had 2 technical rounds. Some basic .net full stack and project related questions were asked. The interview panel were really good and that made interview session more interactive.
The biggest issue is with the compensation, HR will never match your expectation. And they don't follow up with candidates.
Sincere suggestion to candidates, before attending the interview make sure you confirm with HR if they can match your expectations with your existing CTC and offer in hand or else don't waste your time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Sydney) in Nov 2017
Interview
Firstly was contacted by their recruiter via email. Then had a phone technical interview. Next step was an onsite interview that lasted for 2.5 hours which included both technical and behavioural.
Even though I didnt get an offer, I think they should have given me a feed back as I spent my good 2.5 hours with them... I asked for feedback when they rang me to let me know that I was not selected. But they didnt have any!

Question 1
How do you rate yourself as a Dotnet developer (ex: artist, practitioner etc) and why.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
One call from the director of engineering and then an on-site interview where 5 different people from the team interviewed me ranging from the team ,peers, leads and the scrum master or manager. They just interview me and even though the interview went well and I felt the people were impressed I believe they went ahead with some other candidate for monetary reasons. I got a feedback after two weeks of interview. If they treat their applicants like this then I am not sure how they treat their employees!
