I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NHS (Londen, Engeland) in Nov 2019
Interview
Had to complete 5 online tests (verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning etc). You can only proceed to the next test if you've reached the minimum requirements for the previous one. Then you have to complete a video interview, and if you're successful you're invited to an assessment day in London.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Gave you 2 mins at the end of the video interview to add anything you thought was important to mention.

Interview
It was a pretty straight forward process, a lot of online testing (numeracy, psychometric, literacy and logic) but that's standard for large companies to whittle down candidates. Then progression to online video interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Quite a few stages. Started with basic application and eligibility questions, followed by a few online aptitude tests. Panel interview in January and assessment center in March. If you can pass the initial tests you are smart enough to do the scheme, the two following interviews are more about whether you fit the scheme from a personality perspective. I.e. Can you digest large amounts of info quickly and react to sudden changes; How good are you at working with and influencing others (don't be dominating/doormat); Do you have a can-do attitude (given the current state of the NHS, this is a must!)
