NHS interview questions

Application on line which then led to a phone call interview which I got through then a teams interview - face to face interview at the end which led to an offer which I accepted

Been sent an online assessment which I have completed in full only to be rejected with no feedback whatsoever. Spent over 3 hours completing the assessment online. I expected at least a formal discussion with the hiring manager after correctly completing every task required but no... I was not good enough I guess.
