What do you do if a 32 year old women comes in with abdominal pain
The process was okay, technical questions on surface, familiarity of the platforms, in-depth experience overview to see the suitability of the candidates to the job. Experience in data annotations, organisations were also seen to be learnt in the process.
The interview was conducted by a panel of two, including a senior pharmacist and an HR representative. It lasted approximately 45 minutes and covered both technical pharmacy knowledge and behavioural competency questions. The process included a short written exercise on dispensing procedures before the panel interview. Overall it was well-structured and professional.
