NHS interview questions

The interview was closely aligned with the job description. Most of the questions were based directly on the listed roles and responsibilities, which made the process feel structured and relevant to the position. Interview questions: The main focus was on: Roles and responsibilities outlined in the job description Scenario-based questions to assess how I would handle real-world situations related to the role Questions based on my personal experience and past projects Overall, the interview felt practical and job-focused, with an emphasis on understanding how well my background and skills matched the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.

It was a range of video interviews with most of the asking about scenarios to do with the chosen specialty. There is unlimited time to prepare for the questions however there is only one chance to record the videos.
