Firstly, I applied online with a cover letter and my upto date CV. I was then emailed back inviting me to an interview. You are called in to the interview and usually interviewed by 2 people. I dressed smart/business like. You are in the room for around 30 mins. My interview was on wednesday and I was contacted on the friday to be offered the role.

i was made to feel at ease by the four interviewers, the interview was a fairly relaxed yet formal process. I can't remember specific questions but relating my experience to scenarios was a big part of the interview
I was called the same day by my new manager offering me the job, which saved all the waiting and wondering.

I was put forward by a recruitment agency for a role the hiring manager had been trying to fill for a while. It was a formal competency based interview. Panel seemed nice. Interview lasted around 45 minutes. Was able to ask questions at the end.
