NHS interview questions

Had the interview with three managers. The vibe was really chill, they asked some decent behaviour and technical questions, and the offer came back quickly—overall, the interview process felt great. However, the HR follow-up was unprofessional. I’m truly grateful to those nice managers, but the long onboarding wait ultimately led me to choose another offer

This appears to be fairly average and unremarkable, falling somewhere in the middle of the spectrum without any particularly distinctive features or characteristics that would warrant extensive commentary or detailed analysis. It's neither exceptionally good nor notably poor, simply occupying a neutral middle ground that doesn't inspire strong reactions either way.
