I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NHS (Sheffield, Engeland) in Mar 2025
Interview
Panel of 3 staff members, each asking 3-4 questions. Included competency-based and trust values (PROUD) as well as a mock activity asking me to check through some case report forms and decide which ones to accept vs reject or inquire about.

Question 1
What are 3 pieces of constructive criticism your colleagues would give you?
