First it is required to do fill in the application form which includes your employment history, education, references and most importantly a supporting statement. Then, there is an assessment if you are successfully shortlisted, if successful in the assessment, you are then invited for an interview.

Then written test.
Interview lasted 1 hour, written test was half an hour.
The test was in person, asking the usual questions. About why this job etc
It was okay, I was asked questions about the job role,my skills and also competence based question. It was a panel of 3 people and they were warm and welcoming. This helped reduce the tension.lol
