Interview

Had about 3-4 interviews with various levels of management before i secured the job. First stage was an interview with the hiring manager. Then it was the regional manager and the final one with the regional director. There was also a background check.

I applied through my university. First round was Case study round followed by two rounds of personal interview in their office. First round of personal interview was a stress round. Questions were based on our answers.

Initial communication was via phone. Applied for a lower position. Recruiter called and said he had another possible opportunity. Went to the face to face interview and was called same day with offer.
