Just sent a resume based on the job posting and then was called for the interview over the phone. I was asked to go to the company's client for an interview. Prior the interview, I was briefed by the manager on what possible questions to expect from the client and then I was told to wait for the client's offer.

Question 1
The client just asked about my work experience, the tools I had been using and how I dealt with various scenarios in the office.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Canberra) in Oct 2013
Interview
Two people - one technical, one not. Took 25 mins and was more about the clients expectations than my expertise. I'm assuming they had already made that decision.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Londen, Engeland) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied through an agency to a consulting role. process took 3+ weeks, 2 stage process, first with a member of staff and the final the Head of the division in the last interview with the Head of division i've found very a awkward interview with the guy doing personal questions, disbelieving my CV, making comments to my person and talking assumptions. Was the worst experience in my career regarding a interview process.I really can't imagine if they are bad in the interview process how can it be having those guys managing me. The managing guys from consulting are very weak and not very smart professionals. I really don't recommend anyone to apply to this company.
