Interview
Interview process was long but thought provoking. Split into 3 stages.
First stages (1-2), is having a call with the TA team, a quick screening call. Then to which after you then will have a chat with one of the managers.
Second stages (3-4), you have to do a practice cold call session, then speak with a director.
Final stage is a presentation, on the previous stages and they give you a task to do in the presentation, in my case, rank 5 accounts in relation to Navan.

Basically they have you do a series of interviews with recruiter and then hiring manager, peer & then with some of the higher up people. Then if they like you and think you have potential they move you onto a challenge round where you do a mock presentation sort of thing

Process is 4 rounds. 1) recruiter screen, 2) behavioral, 3) in-person, 4) challenge interview. The last interview is a presentation you prepare in advance, ranking 5 companies based on product fit and customer fit.
If you explain your reasoning, display critical thinking, and demonstrate that you have researched the company & read the customer stories, you will do well. They are evaluating if you understand the product, their ideal customer, and the value drivers.
