Interview
Was 4 rounds. Screening, 3 interviews, then a mock sales call. First round was more technical, second wanted to get to know my soft skills. All in all, they were interested to hear why sales and how I handle failure.

Wanted to hear a lot about experience with cold calls and how you handle failure
They were professional and cut straight to the chase. I did not feel like my experience was as friendly and conversational than other interviews I have had. They did not give enough of a chance in the second round interview as well.

Interview
It was smooth and went by quickly. They were very open and talkative during the process. I made it to the final interveiw stage where you have to rank companies that Navan could sell to. It was a very good sales experience.
