They completely lead you on. Before the final round interview, they ask if you would accept an offer to which I was hesitant as I needed to see a contract, and that was completely used against you. Not to mention they only allow 48 hours to accept an offer. There was zero negotiation with salary. The HR team seems a little too unprofessional. Not worth the time/effort for a below average NYC base salary.
