I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Navan in Mar 2022
Interview
Easy 3 rounds. Recruiter, then SDR Manager, then director. There was also a presentation which was pretty straight forward. Was given offer but declined. Great entry point for a SaaS sales career.

Interview was straightforward with a clear path to what was going to happen during the interview process. Very transparent about the role and what was required in the role but also laid out a promotion path.

Question 1
What was something you failed at and how did you overcome it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Navan in Dec 2022
Interview
They reached out to me as apparently I would be better off at TA working hard. Director was a tiny bit standoffish and the rest of it went good. Smooth process, but as expected, got an auto reject immediately a day after the interview
Why conduct an interview? I don’t understand this new standard of wasting time
