OMP Software Developer interview questions

This company came to our career fair, first round was on-campus round - Asked C++ basic questions and some database basic questions. I answered all the questions correctly, I was expecting a next interview round call which was supposed to be Skype. After almost a month I got an email from their HR to set-up a time to discuss about next steps, I replied immediately to them with available dates but till this date I never heard back from them. It's been almost 3 months. I called to the HR who contacted me, but no response. Very unprofessional and bizarre. If you are not interested in someone then why email them asking for the dates ?
