Interview
I was 1 of 4 candidates on the same day/time. The candidates visited [4] groups, consisting of 1 or 2 people, in a round-robin fashion. The questions were straight-forward, but I got the feeling they were searching for more than what was asked. This may have something to do with this position being new and new title to this division. Suggestions: do your research and standard interview prep.

Interview
The process started with a 1:1 on campus interview. From there, I was offered a second interview at their headquarters in Cleveland, OH. In the meantime I was asked to perform various aptitude tests, which were used in the second interview process. The second interview consisted of a dinner the night before the second interview, over-viewing Parker Hannifin and the Sales Engineer Training program. The next day, there were 5, 20 minute interviews, each with a different business segment of PH. The interviews generally had 2-3 people interviewing you at once, asking general questions about past work experience, as well as situational questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a situation with someone who is irate with you (screaming, yelling, etc.)

Interview
Simple 15 minute screening interview with some situational/behavioral questions. The 2nd phone interview was speaker phone with an HR manager, and to other managers. Ask a lot of fluffy questions expecting you to tell how great you are.
