First sift done with a recruiter. Then a 2 stage interview: 1 video with the engineering manager and 1 in person with the rest of the team. I then requested a further Q&A with the manager. All stages were friendly & professional.

The interview process consists of a pre-screening interview followed by a panel interview with 3-4 team members. This is followed by two additional interviews to further assess candidates. The 2 additional interviews are with high level HR managers.
