What experience do you have operating CNC machines, and what types of machines have you worked with in the past? Can you describe your knowledge of different programming languages used in CNC machining, such as G-code or CAM software? Have you ever encountered an issue with a CNC machine during operation, and if so, how did you troubleshoot and resolve the problem? How do you ensure that the finished product meets the required specifications and tolerances?
The phone screen with the recruiter was the first part of the process followed by a phone screen with manager. Panel interview with 4 employees thereafter to discuss role in more detail. Final offer extended after panel interview.
