It was very nonchalant and they didn’t ask questions pertaining to your experience. The supervisor was late to the interview. No one greeted you as you came in. The interview room was dirty.

Straightforward relaxed interview with Vice presidents and program managers. Asked basic resume information and what i expect to learn from the program. 6 rounds of 30 min interviews with group vps
Started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call with the HR manager, then an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two other employees. I was given a tour of the facility. The hiring manager was about 30 mins late to the onsite interview. All of the individuals seemed pretty overwhelmed and couldn't describe in detail the issues they were facing other then to tell me that's why they were hiring this role. They had very few questions of me during the face to face interview. It seemed very odd and unorganized which was a suprise because the recruiter seemed on top of everything.
