Well-structured, with many internal stakeholders to ensure that I get a good idea of what future colleagues I would meet. The interviewers included senior managers as well, which I appreciated especially for such an entry position.

Very in depth process with many different functional leaders being brought into the discussion. I was also allowed the oppurtunity to interview my would be team. Company moves slow relative to other industries and companies, but they are aware of how long they take and explain that up front.
