I received a call back about one week after I applied for the position. The interview was set up for the upcoming week. I was interviewed by four people. They took turns asking me questions. Some of the questions were more difficult than others, but the most difficult ones seemed like a test to see how you respond to adversity. Everything was handled very professionally.

I found the job description on their website and was called for an initial phone interview after three weeks. The interview questions were very straight forward and a part of it concentrated on extra curricular activities too, analyzing the leadership abilities. The phone interview was a conference call, with two of the project engineers.
