Interview
Applied online, and got asked about 3 weeks later to come in for an interview the following week. The interview was very informal with 2 members of the team, and they spend a lot of time telling me what the job involved and going through each area to see if I had any experience in it. Overall they didn't ask me many questions directly and the interview only ended up being about 25 minutes, and I left feeling like I wasn't given much opportunity to pitch myself. They told me I would hear back within a week (they even mentioned they know it isn't nice waiting and not knowing), however I have not heard anything back 2 weeks on. Chase-up emails have been ignored by the HR team, which I think is pretty disrespectful given someone has taken time and money to attend an interview.

Interview
I was called in for an initial interview with the hiring manager. The atmosphere in the office was great, and it was clear there was a lot of enthusiasm for what they did. I got invited to a second interview soon after the first. They asked me to prepare a series of tasks for the second interview, designed to test experience and brand awareness.
I got the call with a job offer just over a week after the second interview. The team was really great at keeping me informed the whole way through on next steps, and when I should expect to know the outcome.

First you have a phone call with an HR person. The interview is not difficult, the HR lady was very friendly and nice. The second interview is also a phone call but this time it is with the hiring manager.
