Penguin Random House interview questions

Fairly standard process. I received a screening phone call from HR and was then invited to visit the PRH office for an in-person interview with one of the directors. After about a week, the HR representative invited me back in for a second round of interviews with the larger team.

3 Gespräche mit unterschiedlich kritischen Fragen und 1-2 Vorgesetzten. Dauer jeweils ca. 30 Minuten. Atmosphäre konstruktiv, kritisch, grundsätzlich wohlwollend. Unterlagen waren bereits lange im Haus, ehe es zum Gespräch kam.
