Telephone interview with two people. Only had a brief role outline and few details how the interview would run. Top Tip: Interviewers you need to understand the job you are interviewing for and actually listen to what the candidate says!

Had the interview after being recommended by another department. I had interviewed with the DMS department a month prior. I was told it was a great recommendation. I thought the interview went well. They were all very kind. I heard under 2 weeks later by email that I was not fit for the job that I have 7 years experience in.
