Psychometric test. Then was was invited to on-site interview. Was given a case study to work through by myself for 30 mins. Best way to approach these is by using some sort of framework. Then presented this to two managers. Was fairly relaxed. Following the presentation they asked questions. Nome of these were too difficult, just try and explain your thought process. This was followed by 45 mins of behavioral questions. Focus was on team experiences, conflict, motivation for role. Then had a partner interview where the questions were pretty similar.
