Interview
online application-Online test-video interview- AC- offer.
the online test was sent out soon after finished the online application which including psychometric test and personality test. Pwc held an insight evening to allow the candidates to get a better understanding of their business.
Interview was very informal. Interviewer had a set of questions which they had to ask and they made notes during the interview. After I was asked the set questions, I was asked a question to test my analytical ability and to understand my thought process. Finally, we had a 10 minute(ish) conversation answering any questions I had.
I felt like the main point of the interview was to ascertain my suitability for the PwC culture and to check that I would be able to cope in the company.
When have you instigated change? How did you do this? Why did you do this? What was the long term impact? (How did you measure that this was successful?)
