RELX interview questions

Was told there would be a phone screening where the HR person will ask a few initial questions and 5-6 question by the Hiring Manager as part of the screening and that the call would last 45 minutes to 1 hour. The HR person asked initial questions including salary expectations, I mentioned two similar jobs in the market and the salary range and was asked if my expectations are in that range. I mentioned it was indicative and am open to offers.

Found the vacancy through a referral, and was later instructed to make a profile in their candidate portal. Pre-screening: • Initial assessment of mental aptitude, and software knowledge • HR interview Main assessment for the role: 1. Written test 2. Interview with the team's supervisor/manager 3. (undisclosed to me) The representative's approach during the interview was casual and not at all intimidating, which helps ease one's nerves. Unfortunately did not get an invite to advance further in the application process as another candidate with prior employee relations experience was prioritized.
