I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RSA Security (Boston, MA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Very streamlined process - I was recommended by a Sales Manager so bypassed the 'application process'. I had a phone interview, a technical phone interview, had to present a 'solution/product' of my choice, whiteboard the solution, then a round robin interview with 5 different managers. They divided up the questions that cover past experiences, challenges I've faced and overcome, my outlook at a great company, what really motivates me, etc....

I interviewed people from QA and Engineering team, they were so friendly and nice. They asked questions focused on Test Automation, Agile methodology and QA process along with few technical questions. I talked to RSA Director the day after and they offered me quickly.
