I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RSA Security
Interview
I got a surprise email requesting for an interview with a recruitment company from the UK on behalf of RSA. I informed them of the best time to contact me on working days and over the weekend.
I was called and the interview was conducted over the phone. Pretty much the interview process revolved around my experience and the number of solutions, I am familiar with; I believe it would have been more helpful if I was more familiar with RSA products.

Question 1
A question about "Netwitness" came up if I have used it or ever heard of it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bedford, MA)
Interview
Recruiter called. Set up a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then I went in for a half-day onsite interview. Hiring manager did not even set up a time with me - I guess he had already decided to make me an offer. Met other members of the team. Talked again with recruiter who kept in touch through the whole process. The process was very long - probably 2 months. After I accepted the job, I found out that EMC/RSA can be extremely slow in getting offers approved.

Question 1
Nothing too hard or unexpected. Nothing technical.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RSA Security (Bengaluru) in Jul 2010
Interview
The company had come to the college for placement. There was a writtten test initially which was general aptitude, programming and some more. It was not very hard. Had 3 more rounds of face to face technical interview which was pretty decent and we quickly established a good rapport. There was another round of personality interview with hr folks and post that the offer was given. Took a day for the entire process.
