Rabobank Data Scientist interview questions

The interview was about 45 minutes and it was focused mainly on discussing my motivation to join Rabobank, what I could bring to their team etc. The one interviewer was really nice and enthusiastic, but the other one seemed like he was bored and not paying attention to the conversation from the very first moment. For example, he asked me the same question that his colleague asked me 10 min ago, and he was constantly looking on the floor or outside the window. After 10 days they replied that I was not promoted to the next round because my technical skills were not strong enough - however they did not ask anything technical during the interview. In conclusion, the one interviewer was really strange and the feedback they gave was not realistic/honest.
