Revolut Compliance Manager interview questions

Was called about interviewing for the position spoke with HR and they said I would be a great fit and moved me to the 2nd rd which was a test not more than 30 mins later I got an email saying they had already offered the position to someone else. So while interviewing me they already had an offer out. Then a couple weeks later I get an email asking me to reinterview I decided to move ahead and the recruiter asked to reschedule which I did and then the recruiter failed to show up to the call. What a waste of time very unprofessional.
