First interview with recruiter, very good. Regular questions for a first interview that went very well. End of interview recruiter inform me that she will pass me through the next fase, an assessment. Ok all good. After receiving the email with this assessment, a tests to “measure” for capacity for abstraction, numerical skill like QI tests. No thank you. We are not a match. Send an email to the recruiter saying that I was not interested in working in a company that are not interested in the ability of a candidate to perform in working environment, but testing intelectual capacities that anyone with neurodivergent spectrum will fail for sure.

It’s a 6 steps recruitment proccess. Despite having a recruiter explaning the recruitment process, it is not as transparent as it seems. The practical skills verification phase was not aligned with the job position, as they’ve asked for a totally different scope. There is no feedback from the recruiter.

Interview
The interview process includes few stages, starting with a HR call and then three test focused on examine your technical skills, problem solving, logical thinking and analysis skills. The recruiters have very quick turnaround so you not left without feedback.
