Revolut Operations Strategy Manager interview questions

1) HR interview, nothing special 2) 1 hour online test, super easy 3) Interview with manager. Standard McKinsey-like case interview. The call took 45-50 minutes only. I though I failed, but they invited my for the next round. 4) Bar raiser interview. I was supposed to demonstrate Revolut values, but interviewer didn't ask about it explicitly. I only described my past experience. Again, very short conversation, about 40 minutes.

First step was an interview with the recruiter, with some general questions we are used to have from recruiters. Very pleasant experience. Then I had a prep call with the same recruiter abou the case interview. However the subjects she told me to focus on were not mentioned on the next step. This step was in same shape of consulting firms recruitment. I was very disapointed because it's a very outdated process fot a global fintech company like Revolut. There's no innovation and the company lost the opportunity of getting more specifc knowledge from the candidate. They could ask the casndidate for an Operations role about the OKRs they presume for some kind of process, for example, and the difference between defining OKRs for an early stage operation and an operation already settled. But they decided to hope from the candidate the ame recipe we find in big consulting firms. Companies should stop thinking the consulting style recruitment is a good ideia these days. Unfortunately, I had no feedback for the process, only an automatic message.
