I applied through other source. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
- interview was quite brief (didn't get to learn about the role as the introduction was skipped) - the interviewer was looking for keywords and I didn't have a feeling they are listening to the answer overall (seemed distracted) - highlighting multiple times how fast-paced environment they are (even though it is in-house recruitment, they are looking for an agency background which I found odd for such type of role)

I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Boekarest, ) in Mar 2023
Interview
a very long process - 6 interviews and assessments even if they firstly said that there will be 2 interviews. the interviews are average, you have to ask a lot of questions because the recruiter doesn't explain in depth the role

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2023
Interview
I was contacted via linkedin, they didn't ask for my CV. First step - screening was actually nice. Then some pseudo intelligence test and 45 minutes tech interview... that lasted 10 minutes. The recruiter was late, didn't ask me any questions, cut me off in the middle of my question. Afterwards I got one sentence e-mail with no feedback.
