I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Sydney) in May 2023
Interview
Very casual yet professional. Completed an aptitude test which was pretty tough and time heavy. Recruiting operations seemed pretty sharp and interviews were very tech start up specific. Interview questions were a mix of behavioural and hypothetical which gave a good insight on the challenges of the role or perhaps to test a candidates ambiguous problem solving skills. Communications were solid.

Question 1
How would you determine headcount management and team KPIs for APAC?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (New Delhi) in Jun 2023
Interview
I got a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn without any solid JD or details, since I was laid-off, I expressed my interests and the process was initiated. First step was an assessment to check quantitative aptitude which was very lengthy. Post that there was a pre interview discussion which was extremely dull and the interviewer showed absolutely no interest. He ensured that they will be rolling out another assessment, but nothing happened and one fine day without any reason, out of the blue, I got a rejection email, obviously with no mentioned reason. This was absurd provided, I was asked to be sure that a second round was going to happen. Turns out they were just indecisive.
