I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Riverty
Interview
I first applied through their internal job application. Then, I had an interview through a video call with HR and the team leader. I did not have any on site meeting or test.
Very smooth process, but a bit confused, people seems to be lost or not very well organized with the amount of people they have interview. But it was for sure a good experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Riverty (München, Bavaria) in May 2022
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn, I got a video called scheduled by HR. It was a professional talk about my skills and about the company what they do.
After that I immediately get an interview scheduled with the hiring manager, 40% technical 60% behavioral. They asked the right questions and it was indeed a very pleasant tallk! I could tell it would be great to work at Arvato from that interview already!
After that, I got a third interview scheduled with the team leader. It was %70 technical %30 behavioral, he asked the right questions again, especially about distributed systems and given scenarios what could be done, I could tell he knew exactly what he is looking for and therefore I knew exactly what they (the company) are trying to solve what to expect in general working there.
I must say, it was really a positive experience, what on the few, very professional and pleasant interview and very efficient interview process I have ever gone through in Germany!
Unforutenly, since I was already working, and from the start I wasn't %100 sure about taking that decision of changing jobs, and although I got a lot of offers, it was not an easy decision to decline that offer from Arvato, so unforutenly I decided to decline the offer for now. But in the future, be it very near or very far, I'd consider Arvato again %100 and apply again.
