I applied online. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation
Interview
I was reached out to schedule an interview after applying for an Account Manager position. The first interview was a no-show, the Rockwell bot reached out and asked me to reschedule. The second interview was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule and the third interview was another no-show. Very unprofessional.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Sydney)
Interview
The interview process lacked organization and coordination. The HR personnel, based overseas, couldn't confirm the correct office address and sent the wrong one. They only realized their mistake a few hours before the interview and emailed me the correct location. Despite my polite inquiry, they didn't bother to call and inform me of the correct information.
Communication was inconsistent throughout. Replies triggered automated responses stating the person was on leave, making it difficult to obtain basic information.
After four rounds of positive feedback, I raised concerns but received no response. Finally, after months of interviews, they mentioned focusing on an internal candidate for the role. This information could have been shared earlier.
Rockwell's repeated posting of the same role on LinkedIn raises suspicions. It's unclear if they are genuinely considering candidates or simply collecting resumes. The overall lack of professionalism is unexpected from a company like Rockwell.
These issues prompt the question of whether this disorganization is limited to the regional office or indicative of a broader problem within the company
