Rockwell Automation Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was just as normal as anywhere else. I submitted my resume online and got an email a week later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview questions were relatively easy. Some technical but mostly about past projects. The interviewer asked about challenges I faced, specific technologies I used and also design patterns.

Met with a recruiter for an on campus interview the day after the career fair. Was told I would here back in about a month but never heard a word back. Followed up and everything but no response
