SAP SAP Sales Academy interview questions

I got a phone call quite late in the day with no notice. Eventually set up a time for a call, and it went for 45 minutes but the phone interview felt quite impersonal. Within 2 days, I received a link to complete a "Strength Deployment Inventory" assessment which needs to be completed within a week. I received the details for the Bootcamp all-day assessment an hour after completing the online assessment but was unable to attend the entire day and there was no flexibility around it. Overall, felt a bit rushed.

Overall great experience, but they chose 1 candidate out of 11: German Guy, who was already working for SAP. Out of these 11 candidates 8 were already employed by SAP. So you can definitely see the pattern of them prefering their own people
