STMicroelectronics Tech Team Lead (Software) interview questions

The interview was very friendly and bit tough. Checked all my details on my resume. Asked all previous experiences and cross-checked if I have really used those technologies. It was more of friendly conversation. Asked about the difficulties that I have faced in the past with the technologies and how did I overcome those issues in regard to the business case at hand. What was the workarounds I used and how effective were they.
