I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sage in May 2026
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter. They didn't prep me for first interview and didn't let me know what to expect. I show up. Interview went pretty good. Then silence for about 2 weeks. I then get an email from Recruiter that they want to move forward. Mind you, a sales manager was supposed to attend virtually and he never showed up to the first one remotely. This next interview was with them. I wait in the teams meeting for 25 minutes and have to reach out to recruiter and HR that they didn't show up. Next day, Sage lets me know they're "changing gears" and focusing on hiring in another location instead. Comically bad professionalism.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sage (Newcastle upon Tyne, Engeland) in May 2026
Interview
An online assessment --> A 45 minute interview. Ask about your experience using different platforms and tools. Do you have experience with documentation? Then ask you some general behavioural questions.
They reached out to me on LinkedIn to recruit me and then ghosted after the 2nd interview - recruiter screen then hiring manager. The job has been posted for 4+ months. Took a long time to communicate throughout the process. Total waste of time.
