Sage interview questions

The first day was for a technical Practical test where I had to solve programming problems. The second day was an oral interview with engineers who asked technical questions. The last day was an oral interview with the management where I was assessed to see whether I feet in the organisation.

Typical - going from broad and generic to specific. My feeling was they already had an internal candidate they wanted to hire but HR had told them to bring in some external diversity candidates.
