1 interview with 2 people, it was comfortable and friendly but this has changed since i started. competency based questions, nothing too difficult, friendly attitude, note taking for feedback. interview process is consistent
Natural and without pressure, it has been organized to make me feel comfortable. Things were clearly explained and it was the exact description of the reality. The interview has been leaded by the HR and the manager for the role, that gave more realism to put expectations realistic
