I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2012
Interview
Experienced interview panel. Well organised. Very efficient HR process. Three rounds - phone, first interview, second interview including presentation. Panel seemed to have a list of set questions which they deviated from at will to drill into more detailed answers. Quite tough - some senior people on the panel. Sort of a good cop, bad cop routine.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Newcastle upon Tyne, Engeland) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied online which was just sending them your CV. then did a simple video interview which had both competency based and technical questions. Was then invited to their assessment day. There was a fun group activity, a technical test and an interview with two developers. The test relied on you being good a general programming. The group task was mostly focussed on your communication skills than the end result. The interview was very relaxed and the interviewers often probed me wit extra questions that weren't required but it did help me display my knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Lawrenceville, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
First interview was a phone call which I received about two weeks after applying. During phone call I was provided general information about the role and asked if I could handle it. I was also asked to describe my current role so the interviewer could determine if I should be a candidate. Told during the same call I was a candidate to come for a second interview. Second interview was face to face and again pretty simple. Went into further detail about the role and asked questions about how I would handle typical sales challenges. Was also asked about Sales history.
