I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sage (Lawrenceville, GA) in Mar 2010
Interview
The process started with a phone interview with HR. That went really well and the HR rep was very personable. The one on one interview took place with the sales manager. I was left waiting as he conducted a meeting with his sales staff. It started off with small chit chat, but turned formal with every cliche interview question imaginable. It got to the point that I just wanted it to be over. Many of the questions were just so germaine and nonsense.

Interview
A short phone call to determine that I'm a real person (no hard questions), then an in-office interview.
Iterviewers were very professional and nice, most of the interview was the usual "describe your accomplishments" and a little surprise in the form of "take 10 minutes, write a short computer program on the whiteboard, which is supposed to demonstrate your abilities".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You have 10 minutes, to write a short computer program of your choice, to demonstrate your abilities best.

Interview
First phone interview was done with a recruiter in US. General questions my background, working permit and etc. Lost of information regarding the job itself and the company was given. It was relatively easy. At the end of the phone interview, next interview was scheduled.
Next interview with a hiring manager was 1:1 interview in the company's office. It took about less than an hour. Some general questions and a few tough behavioral questions.
Three more interviews were scheduled later with colleagues or people in a cross-functional team. After one phone interview, the recruiter informed the position was filled by an ex-employee of the company. Remaining two interview were cancelled.
