I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Newcastle upon Tyne, Engeland) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of a first stage interview, followed by a task, and finally a final stage interview. Each interview was about 30 mins long and the tasks were just the right amount of work to complete in order to get a feel for the role and for them to understand you on a competency basis but wasn't too much work to manage whilst balancing a current role. The expectations from Sage are so realistic and fair and the interview process is amazing. They really are a people-based company and so value getting to know you and hear what you think. The talent aquisition was incredible and communicative throughout the process along with the hiring manager who I'm so happy to now be working for.
