Very quick interview with HR followed by a take home assignment. Assignment involved sorting arrays and writing tests for it. Then finally on site interview which was pretty easy also.
3 stage with a screening call, followed by a competency interview and then a more values led experiential style final interview.
Held with peers, Directors, VP and HR, 2 person panel at stage 2 and 3.
First interview arranged by HR via Skype. It lasted about 30 minutes. Then second interview in person at the headquarter building, lasting a little longer about 40 minutes or so. Both with the same person, who was actually hiring for his team.
